What you’ll do
- Research emerging technologies and translate corporate priorities into clear opportunities for collaboration.
- Identify relevant startups, assess technical and commercial fit, and facilitate focused discussions with corporate teams.
- Deliver advisory projects and LP innovation support, including workshops, startup introductions and partnership development.
- Follow opportunities beyond the first meeting: coordinate stakeholders, track next steps and support pilots, joint development and commercial agreements.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in strategy consulting, industrial innovation, corporate venturing, business development or startup–corporate partnerships.
- A science or engineering background, with strong research and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing projects and moving technical discussions toward practical commercial outcomes.
- An understanding of multinational decision-making and cross-border collaboration; experience with technology transfer or joint development is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.

What you’ll do
- Develop investment theses and build relationships with founders, industry specialists and potential co-investors.
- Lead technical, commercial and financial due diligence, and present well-supported investment recommendations.
- Drive transaction execution with the partners and external advisers, from negotiation to completion.
- Support portfolio strategy, financing and governance, while coaching junior colleagues and retaining research insights within the team.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of relevant investment experience, including responsibility for due diligence and completed transactions.
- A strong foundation in science or engineering, with sound financial analysis and commercial judgment.
- Experience in advanced materials, energy, industrial technology, AI applications or related hard-technology fields.
- Evidence of independent judgment, founder relationship skills and effective portfolio support.
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English.

What you’ll bring
- A master’s degree or above in science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 1–4 years in venture capital, corporate venture, consulting, financial advisory or a relevant technology business.
- Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and clear written communication.
- Experience in hard technology or emerging industries is an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English.
