Allan brings over 20 years of extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, and investment banking to our team. His proven track record includes leading growth equity investments in Greater China, navigating complex corporate turnarounds, and driving strategic financial initiatives.

Prior to joining CM Venture, Allan served as Managing Director at Happiness Capital, where he oversaw the firm’s venture investments and portfolio management. He also held significant roles at Baring Private Equity Asia, and at Jacobson Partners, specializing in leveraged buyouts, and Merrill Lynch, focusing on M&A transactions.

Allan’s deep financial acumen and strategic leadership will be invaluable as we continue to invest in and support innovative companies.
