For communications purposes, we will require all speakers/participants to provide:

a headshot photo. Formats acceptable: JPG, PNG, HEIC under 5MB size (by 1 Nov 2024)
your company logo. Formats acceptable: PNG, JPG, AI, PS (by 1 Nov 2024)
the presentation deck (by 1 Nov 2024)

Important note:

Each speaker/participant will have 20 minutes to present, so please structure your PPT to fit that time.
An official PPT format will be provided for your use. The PPT size will be 16:9.
There will be local and international audiences present. Please have your PPT in Chinese & English, where possible.
