Founded in 2010, CM Venture Capital has since launched a number of successful tech-focused funds. This year, we are embarking on a number of new initiatives supported by policymakers, MNCs and SOEs. As part of our drive to support our portfolio companies and promote low-carbon technology, we will be developing physical infrastructure such as a low-carbon innovation center, and green manufacturing zones. We will also be running events and roadshows to encourage collaboration and build our ecosystem.

- Build relationships with LPs, investors, partners and portfolio companies, with a purpose to create opportunities, identify mutual benefits, expand our ecosystem and drive further investments
- Develop empowerment platforms to support portfolio companies, investments and strategic objectives, which includes the development of physical infrastructure (such as innovation zones or green manufacturing parks) and green finance services | 被投企业赋能平台的建设：包括物理载体和绿色信贷等金融服务

CM Venture Capital is looking for Analysts to join us full time. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor, contribute to the growth of our firm and learn about the venture capital business. We’re looking for individuals who are naturally curious about hard-tech and entrepreneurship, who are self-starters comfortable working independently and capable of easily interacting with senior management.
CM Venture Analysts are primarily responsible for helping to source and evaluate new investment opportunities, perform due diligence and market research, and support existing portfolio companies.
The analyst program features the chance to work closely with C-suite leaders at exciting fast-growth start-ups, and gain direct exposure to the early stage venture capital ecosystem.
As our LPs and portfolio span the world, Candidates must be bilingual, fluent in English and Chinese.

Job responsibilities:
- Track investments/new companies in specific hard tech sectors that CM invests in.
- Actively contribute to managing the investment pipeline and evaluating new business ideas.
- Support due diligence and deal execution efforts for prospective investments (e.g., assess business plans; conduct market scans and competitive analyses; build financial models; prepare investment memoranda).
- Evaluate market trends and help to develop perspectives on emerging investment themes (e.g., industry market landscapes).
- Facilitate portfolio engagement efforts and post-close performance management.
- Communicate and collaborate internally to advance CM’s strategy and mission, and support on a variety of events and projects, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or A.I. from top universities.
- Past internship or work experience at an investment bank, venture capital / private equity fund or consulting. Experience doing market and competitive analysis.
- Intellectual curiosity about hard-tech and/or direct experience working in the hard-tech industries.
- Excellent data analysis and research skills.
- Excellent Chinese/English written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced and limited-process environment
- High-energy and independent self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, and great teammate.

- 负责制定电解槽各部件测试、选用和评价标准体系；
- 负责制定电解槽设计核算数据、气体成分分析和碱性电解质水等数据测算，制定装置的设计标准规范及程序文件的编制；
- 负责电解槽测试评价及测试平台建设
- 负责碱性电解槽等相关产品的专利撰写和项目申报。

- 全日制本科及以上学历，电化学或化工相关专业；
- 有3年以上的碱性电解水制氢研发相关技术研发等工作经验；
- 熟悉掌握电解水制氢相关知识，了解设计过程中需要用到的各种标准规范；
