Requirements/任职要求:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR management, business administration, or related fields | 学历背景：本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理、工商管理等相关专业优先
- 5+ years HR management experience, ideally in startups, technology companies, VC, or investment organizations | 工作经验：5年以上人力资源管理工作经验，有创业企业、科技行业或风险投资机构人力资源管理经验者优先

CM Venture Capital is looking for Investment Managers to join us full time. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and contribute to the growth of our firm and portfolio. We’re looking for individuals who are naturally curious about hard-tech and entrepreneurship, who are self-starters comfortable working independently and capable of easily interacting with senior management. CM Venture Capital is a dual-currency venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments in hard technology. The firm invests primarily in advanced materials and resources, AI+, advanced manufacturing, new energy, and other frontier technology sectors, with approximately 70% of investments in China and 30% overseas. The Investment Manager role requires candidates with strong technical foundations and commercial judgement, capable of evaluating the intersection between technology development, industry trends, and investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English skills

CM Advisory provides strategic innovation consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, combining consulting expertise with venture capital insights. The firm supports global industrial leaders in identifying emerging technologies, evaluating strategic opportunities, and developing innovation partnerships. This role sits at the Director or Senior Manager level and reports directly to the Managing Partner.
